PSA Video Contest Details
How will the PSA videos be used?
PSAs will be used to inform, educate, and help stop the sexual exploitation of Maine children and increase awareness of the prevalence and impact of this epidemic.
Our Goal: To expand the current understanding of what sex exploitation and trafficking is and to show how prevalent child sexual abuse is in our state of Maine. We also wish to provide insight on how to spot childhood sexual abuse and its resulting trauma. #StopTraffickingUS
Maximum PSA Video Length:
PSAs must be 15, 30 or 60 seconds in length, max
PSAs must be tagged #StopTraffickingUs
Submission Due Date:
Winners will be announced on Instagram or Facebook Tuesday, November 20 at 5pm EST. Three (3) winners will receive cash prizes, $1,000 to the winning PSA video, $500 each to the 2nd and 3rd best entered videos, these will be featured on this website and around the state. Participants agree to release their content, material, and video, to be used publicly with no fee.
You can use any medium to create your PSA, from ordinary film, to anime, to claymation, and anything in between! Be creative in getting your message out!
